Desire is not a performance problem. It lives in the nervous system, in the stories your body learned long before you could argue with them, in how safe you feel taking up space, and in the particular way you are wired to receive pleasure — which is almost never the way you were taught.
This work does not begin with technique. It begins with a map: how you are built, what your body is protecting, and what has been waiting underneath the armor.
Armor is intelligent. It formed for a reason. We work somatically — with breath, sensation, and the nervous system — so your body stops bracing long enough to feel something else.
